Product Description
Pre-oxidized fiber felt (PAN-based carbon fiber felt) is a high-performance flame-retardant porous felt material, manufactured via precision needle-punching of stabilized pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers.
PAN fibers undergo high-temperature thermal stabilization to form a stable ladder aromatic ring molecular structure, delivering inherent flame retardancy with LOI＞45. It is quasi-incombustible, featuring no melting, no molten drops, low smoke and low toxicity under open flame, with continuous service temperature of 220–280℃ and short-term thermal resistance over 500℃.
