We offer flexible customization services. Common options include:
1)Sample/Drawing-based production: You provide existing samples, technical drawings, or clear images, and the manufacturer produces according to your specifications.
2)Material & color customization: You can specify the material (e.g., wool felt, synthetic felt), thickness, density, and color. Some manufacturers can even substitute materials to help control costs.
3)Logo customization: Logos can be added via laser engraving, screen printing, embroidery, or other techniques.

1) Lead time: Sample production generally takes 3–7 days.
2) Cost: For our standard stock items, sample is free, for customized products, the fee typically ranges from $10–$50 USD (excluding logo mold/tooling fees etc).
Sampling Tip: The sample fee is often refundable or can be deducted from your bulk order payment upon confirmation.

Lead times vary depending on order volume and production scheduling:
Standard/stock products: Shipment is fast, dispatching within 3 days of payment.
Customized products: Bulk production lead time generally ranges from 7–30 days.

Payment terms: A common arrangement is 30%–50% deposit in advance, with the balance paid before shipment or against the bill of lading.
Packaging: Standard packaging is typically woven bag, carton, pallet. Special packaging requirements can be accommodated upon request.
