M14 Screw Wool polishing Wheel

M14 Screw Wool polishing Wheel is a polishing consumable made from high-density pure wool felt. Unlike ordinary industrial felt, it undergoes an extended felting time during production, resulting in a denser fiber structure with finer pores. This gives the wheel both excellent wear resistance and superior polishing performance.

The core design feature is the M14 internal threaded mounting hole, which allows the wheel to be directly and securely mounted on power tools with M14 spindles, such as angle grinders and polishing machines, enabling quick installation and replacement. Based on different application scenarios, the product is available in two main configurations: straight edge (flat-face) and rounded-edge (domed/capped) types.

Core Material: 100% pure wool felt, ensuring high dust-holding capacity and heat dissipation during polishing, reducing the risk of burning the workpiece.

Mounting Specification: Universal M14 thread, compatible with most angle grinders and polishing machines.

Available Sizes: Common diameters include Φ100mm, Φ115mm, Φ125mm, etc.; thickness (height) typically ranges from 20mm, 25mm, to 30mm.

Operating Speed: Recommended speed is generally between 2,500 – 4,000 RPM. Always operate within the tool's speed limits for safety.

Heat Resistance: High-quality wool wheels can withstand temperatures up to approximately 300°C, suitable for prolonged continuous operation.
