Nomex Felt

Nomex felt, also known as Metas needle punched felt, is a high temperature resistant industrial special felt made from DuPont Nomex meta aramid fiber via needle punched technology. It serves as a high performance filter and heat insulating wear resistant material for high temperature working conditions.

1.Flame retardancy: carbonizes only above 400℃, limiting oxygen index 30. 

2. Non-combustible and non-flammable.

3. Chemical resistance: resists weak acid, weak alkali, sulfide flue gas and organic solvents, suitable for acidic high-temperature flue gas environments.

4. Wear & tear resistance: high toughness, bending resistance and long service life.

5. Electrical insulation & thermal insulation: excellent insulation and heat preservation, good moisture resistance.

6. Air permeability & easy dust cleaning: 3D porous structure, high air flow rate, high dust removal efficiency and large dust holding capacity.

1.High-temperature dust removal: filter bags/filter media for asphalt mixing plants, cement plants, steel smelting, power plants, non-ferrous metal smelting, chemical kilns.

2.High-temperature industrial conveying: aluminum extrusion conveyor blankets, drying equipment transmission blankets, ironing blankets.

3.Heat insulation, insulation & sealing: high-temperature gaskets, insulating pads, heat-insulating buffers, sealing liners.

4.Wear-resistant protection: high-temperature wear strips, anti-slip pads, polishing buffers.
